Step One
Firstly go to http://tickets.themillers.co.uk and log into your account. In order to log in, you will have needed to reset your password, you can do so by clicking HERE.
If you have already reset your password since the change of our ticketing provider in May 2020, you do not need to reset your password again.
Step Two
Go to Season Tickets on the menu tab. If you are renewing your season ticket in the same seat as the 2022/23 season - click on Season Ticket Renewals.
OR
If you are buying a new season ticket then click on New Season Tickets.
Step Three
If you are renewing the same as you had for the 22/23 season your seat details will be added to the basket along with any friends and family which you may have linked to your account. If you wish to renew all the season tickets then click on checkout. If you don’t wish to renew any of the season tickets added to your basket, please click on the red cross next to that season ticket. Please then go straight to Step Five.
OR
If you are buying a season ticket for the first time then click on New Season tickets. You will then need to click on select seats and will be taken through to the stadium map.
Step Four
Click on the block you wish to sit in, select your seat and then add to basket.
Step Five
The seat you have selected will then appear in your basket. Please allocate any additional seats to other supporters using the 'Friends and Family' function and then click on Checkout.
Please then choose your payment method and click continue. If you have any Millers Wallet funds, please select that option, any remaining balance can be paid by credit/debit card or by direct debit.
When you enter the Millers Wallet, you will need to click Apply Max next to your name, and the names of your friends and family, to use the credit in the Millers Wallet. After to click on apply, you will then be taken back to the check to pay the remaining balance which is due.
Step Six
You will then see an order complete page once you have completed your purchase. You will then receive an email confirmation to your registered email address.
